For buyers outside India
Buying Property in Pune from Abroad?
The hard part isn't the paperwork — it's that you can't walk the floor, can't read the room, and can't tell which of five brochures is describing the same building. We stand in for that.
What we handle
Virtual project tour
A live walkthrough of the actual unit and the actual floor — not the marketing film — with someone standing in it answering your questions.
Video consultation
A scheduled call in your timezone to work through the shortlist, the numbers and what each trade-off actually costs you.
Inventory selection
We ask the developer what's genuinely unsold — floor, facing, view — instead of you choosing from a launch-day brochure.
Builder comparison
The same projects laid side by side on carpet area, price, possession and connectivity, so distance doesn't cost you the comparison.
Site inspection
Someone visits on your behalf and tells you what they saw — including the things that would put you off, which is the point.
Documentation coordination
We coordinate paperwork between you, the developer and whoever you've appointed here, so nothing stalls waiting on a signature.
Booking assistance
From booking amount to agreement, with your representative in India kept in the loop at each step.

All of PuneBuyers we've helped
Where a buyer told us they were happy for it to be shared, their location is on the card.
“I was booking my 3 BHK at Godrej Ivara while staying in the USA, so having a trustworthy and hassle-free process was extremely important to me. PropGuruji made the entire experience smooth, transparent and convenient, even though I was managing everything remotely from the USA. They helped me identify a great inventory at a very competitive price, and I was able to complete my booking with confidence without the usual stress of buying a property from overseas.”

Questions NRI buyers ask
Do I need to be in India to shortlist and book?
No. We handle the shortlist over video, walk you through units live, and coordinate the booking with whoever represents you here. Most NRI buyers we work with visit once, later in the process, when the choice is already narrowed.
Can someone see the project in person for me?
Yes — that's the site inspection above. An advisor visits, films what you ask them to film, and tells you what they thought, including the drawbacks.
How do you charge NRI buyers?
The same way as everyone else. On eligible properties our fee comes from the developer, so our assistance costs you nothing on those projects. We tell you which ones qualify before you commit to anything.
What timezone do you work in?
Calls are scheduled around yours. Our advisory desk is in Pune, so early mornings suit buyers in North America and evenings suit the Gulf and Southeast Asia.
Can you advise on tax, FEMA rules or repatriating sale proceeds?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who did casually. Those depend on your residency status and change over time — talk to a chartered accountant or lawyer who handles NRI matters. We'll work alongside whoever you appoint.
